Every Sunday, this space becomes more than a school—it becomes a place where people feel known, welcomed, and loved.

And we can’t do that alone.

  • Greeting

Greet guests at the doors, hand out programs, answer questions, and help everyone feel seen and welcomed as they arrive and leave.

  • Coffee

Prepare and serve drinks before and after services. Keep the coffee area stocked and clean, and connect with guests as they grab their drinks.

  • Parking

Help direct traffic, wave to guests as they arrive, and create a great first impression. Even if that means offering an umbrella or assisting with a car issue.

  • Safety

Create a safe, welcoming environment by monitoring entrances and supporting the Hope Kids check-in area. Some roles require a background in safety or medical training; all roles require a background check.

  • Setup

This team serves a very important role in managing the environment for Sunday services, allowing guests to encounter a welcoming space conducive to their experience at Hope.

  • Takedown

This team is responsible for loading out all the church equipment and transforming the space back into a middle school, making sure it’s ready for students on Monday morning

  • AV Set Up and Tear Down

AV Setup & 9 AM Service

Set up audio/visual equipment and run slides and lights during the 9 AM service. Ensure everything is connected and functioning properly before service begins.

Run slides and lights for the 10:30 AM service, then help pack up and load equipment into trailers to prepare for the next week.

  • Hope Kids
